Although this may appear to be a simple statement, it holds profound depth of meaning. Your presence makes a difference to the world. When you are stressed, facing life-changes, or out of balance with yourself, being present in your life is a challenge.

It is my delight to partner with you to re-align with your magnificent self and move forward in harmony for your well-being. The essence of my private sessions, seminars and products is to point you back home to your inner-wisdom.

I bring forty years of experience in the fields of human and spiritual development. My specialty is guiding you in re-activating your ability to love, respect and trust yourself.

My Wholistic Life Counseling work includes shifting from anxiety, despair, low self-esteem or being stuck in limiting habits/attitudes to making clear, positive, life-giving choices. Using an educational and wholistic approach (whole being - body, mind & spirit) plus my broad life experience I support you in actualizing your focused intent.

My BA in Family and Child Development is from Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS; received my MA in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College, Pasadena, CA; and have my PhD in Esoteric Studies (study of inner wisdom) from American Pacific University, Honolulu, HI.

My Kansas roots set the stage for using the metaphor of ‘The Wizard of OZ’ for my book, Golden Wizdom Beyond the Emerald City - A Conscious Journey to Wholeness. I actually traveled the rainbow from Kansas to Hawai’i where I lived, worked and studied the sacred culture of Hawai’i for twenty years. Hawaiian Aloha and Ho’oponopono (love and forgiveness) are also incorporated in my practice.

In 2011, I returned to Kansas to be close to family. My private practice is in Baldwin City, KS, and via phone and internet I serve individuals all over the world. In addition, I am associated with Turning Point Center for Hope and Healing in Kansas City.
